All returns / exchanges must be initiated within (15) days of receipt; by contacting customer service at: orders@fashionhubclub.com
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must NOT be damaged, soiled, or altered. Merchandise must have all tags attached. FHC do NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
Undergarments Swimwear Face masks Items marked final sale or clearance Gift cards FHC will refuse any "collect" shipments, or parcels that do not have a FHC shipping label affixed.
Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
