We do not refund only exchanges or store credit
All returns / exchanges must be initiated within (15) days of receipt; by contacting customer service at: orders@fashionhubclub.com
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must NOT be damaged, soiled, or altered.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
FHC do NOT accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
- Undergarments
- Swimwear
- Face masks
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
FHC will refuse any "collect" shipments, or parcels that do not have a FHC shipping label affixed.
Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
